THE TEAM
Maria Crina KMEN, attorney at lawShe graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Law, within the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi, attending, in the same period, the courses of the Faculty of Law of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, in France. She completed her academic training by graduating the MA studies, "European Law" specialization at the Centre for European Studies and "Criminal Law" specialization.
Since 2006, she has been an attorney in the Bar Association Iasi, acquiring, during these years of legal practice, experience in various domains such as: civil law, commercial law, family law, intellectual property, fiscal law, administrative law, labour law.
The attorney professional experience is completed by the teaching activity as a collaborator of the "I.I de la Brad" University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Iasi. She held the "Negotiation techniques and contracts", "Commercial Law" and "Community commercial law" courses as an associate professor.
Amalia Mihaela CARCIUC, attorney at lawShe graduated from the Faculty of Law, the "Petre Andrei" University of Iasi and in 2008, she specialized as an attorney in real estate law, including properties return and intellectual property issues.
Her vast professional experience as a trial attorney in various cases of properties return helped her build a real algorithm for identifying the strategy to success.
Lavinia TATARU, traineeShe graduated from the Faculty of Law, the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi in 2010 and the "European Law" MA studies programme within the same university in 2012. She completed her training at the University of Cordoba in Spain and by participating in the conferences and internships provided by ELSA (The European Law Students' Association).
She has been collaborating with us since November 2011 and currently organizes the entire administrative activity of the office and the jurisprudence research.
Daniela MARIAN, traineeShe graduated from the Faculty of Law, the "Petre Andrei" University in 2012 and completed her legal knowledge through the efficient practicum done in a law firm. She has been collaborating with us since June 2012.
